Huawei has been making a lot of noise since the launch of the Mate 8, a phablet that screams performance targeted at the business users. The official retail unit of the Mate 8 Premium has reached our labs and its time to do a really special unboxing and I also give my first 24 hour impressions of the phone. The Mate 8 comes in a very classy packaging unlike many other flagship smartphones today, and upon lifting up the cover it feels like I’m unboxing some kind of jewelry box, fortunately Huawei has been extremely generous to offer a bunch of accessories – a quick charger, in-ear headphones, micro USB cable, screen protection film (applied on the phone) and a leather folio smart case (hard plastic case for Standard variant), saving a lot of accessory hunting for the busy business man.
