Privacy on Facebook is still as dodgy as ever, and now that Facebook has updated its Facebook search feature to include all public posts whether you are friends with them or not, you might want to look through your privacy settings again to make sure you keep prying eyes out of your business, if this news freaks you out. Here’s a step by step guide on how to do it.

Hide All Past Posts

Maybe your Public posts were posted by accident, or you don’t want to share them anymore. What you can do is change your privacy settings on your mobile as below:

Hide Future Posts

Usually when you post on Facebook, it generally posts according to its last saved privacy setting. So to make sure you don’t accidentally post a Public post, you can set all your future posting to Friends only, or Friends of Friends, depending on what you want. Here’s how to do it.
