More rumors have surfaced about LG’s next flagship device prior to next month’s MWC (Mobile World Congress). The LG G5, under many watchful eyes, is expected to take on Samsung’s flagship handset which will most probably be called the Galaxy S7.

According to “leaked” diagrams by Android Authority and Shai Mizrachi, it is revealed that the G5 will be thinner, but taller and wider than the G4. The G5 is expected to measure at 149.4 x 73.9 x 8.2mm compared to the G4’s 148.9 x 73.9 x 8.2mm.

Sources have also tipped that the new flagship will most likely shift its volume rocker buttons to the side instead of at the back like on previous iterations. However, the power button is said to remain at the back, with a fingerprint scanner beneath.

There are also reports of a metal body G5, making it the first of its own kind and it will sport a 5.6-inch QHD display. LG has confirmed the unveiling of the LG G5 at MWC 2016. With the LG G4 and the LG V10 having shook the smartphone market last year, we’re certainly expecting LG to continue its fighting spirit this year. What features would you like to see?
