The developers of Ubisoft, who are on a break from the annual release of Assassin’s Creed titles for PC and consoles, have launched  first action RPG game of the acclaimed Assassin’s Creed franchise, Assassin’s Creed Identity on iOS last night. The company also plans to bring the game over to Android in spring (late March).

Assassin’s Creed Identity allows gamers to customize their own Assassin, in terms of weapons and outfits. This title also gives gamers the liberty to pick a class for their assassin, namely:  Berserker, Shadow Blade, Trickster or Thief, each having their own special traits when it comes to action and combat. The game takes place in the Renaissance era of Italy. There are many missions available for gameplay and players are being leveled up throughout the game.

Although you’re playing it on a mobile device, Assassin’s Creed Identity doesn’t stinge on its known parkour stunts. You have the option of using the virtual joystick and buttons on screen or an external gamepad. Assassin’s Creed Identity is now available on iOS for $4.99 (RM 21.04). We’ll be hoping for Ubisoft to rush in the Android version. Till then, stay tuned!
