The rumour mill has been churning for the S7 with technical specifications and features being speculated upon by many.
Now, Korean news sources are saying the the S7 and the S7 Edge will be launched with different-sized screens.
According to the report, the S7 will have a display measuring at 5.2 inches, which is 0.1 inch bigger than the S6. The S7 Edge on the other hand, will have a display size of 5.5 inches, smaller than what the S6 Edge Plus has to offer.
The news report further states that Samsung is aiming to finalize the development of the S7 and S7 Edge in January, allowing the company to start the manufacturing process by February. Samsung is expected to prepare an initial production run of 5 million units that is split between two models at a 2:1 ratio. This means that 3.3 million S7 units and 1.6 million S7 Edge units will be produced for the first run.
