Motorola has announced the company’s efforts to spruce up their gallery of accessories and features for their highly acclaimed smartwatch – the Moto 360.

The fashionable consumer would be delighted to know that the Moto 360 now comes with aircraft-grade stainless steel which accentuates the overall aesthetics and the rounded face of the said timepiece. There are light and dark metal bands already available on motorola.com retailing for $299 per piece while new slim bands for those with smaller wrists “will be available in time for the holidays”, said Motorola. There are two options for the new slim bands namely Light Metal (left) which also retails for $299 and the classy Champagne Gold Finish (right) priced at $329.

Motorola has also partnered with brands such as DODOcase and TYLT for an even larger array of choices namely stitched leather bands (in four new colors) and colorful silicone bands which would be supplied by the brands respectively.

The Moto 360 has also undergone a facelift of sorts as users would now have the option to customize the face of the smartwatches e.g. background image, style of tick marks and hands. These new options “will be available through an update on the Motorola Connect app within the next few days” according to Motorola.

And finally, for the health-conscious consumer, there is now an all new wellness feature (aptly named – Moto Body) which aids in tracking the number of steps, distance, heart rate and calories burned. The update will also be available through the MotorolaConnect app update.

I know what I want for my Christmas present! What about you?
