iOS 9.3 is currently in beta testing stages, and one of its newest features is that it would inform its users if they are being monitored.

First reported by a Reddit user, the latest iOS 9.3 beta would display a message telling users that their iPhone is being managed by their organization. This message would be displayed both on the iPhone’s lock screen and in the About screen where it would inform you that the iPhone’s supervisor can monitor your internet traffic and locate your device.

Currently, this message would be displayed on supervised devices set up through Apple’s Device Enrollment Program. In the program, one of the features is called Mobile Device Management (MDM), which lets the employer upgrade, manage and supervise various aspects of the device’s software.

While the new update will inform you that your iPhone is being monitor, it would not allow you to disable the supervision mode. Still, it is a great way to inform an employee if their iPhones are being monitored.
