Trendy hardware design has always been one of Apacer’s goal in making storage devices more interesting, the company has just announced two cork-inspired flash drives – the USB 3.0 AH157 and USB 2.0 AH116 that comes built-in with an advanced Chip on Board technology which delivers dust, water and shock proof features.
The AH157 is available in 8GB, 16GB, 32GB and 64GB storage options, it offers fast USB 3.0 file transfers in an incredibly small sized form factor, its design also sports a grommet that allows user to attach a lanyard on to it to avoid losing the flash drive. On the other hand, the AH116 has the very same design while offering storage options in 8GB, 16GB and 32GB. Apacer has also added support for its ACE compression software, which will compress files stored on its flash drive and further increase storage capacity up to 500%.
