While there aren’t new laptops that come pre-installed with Windows 10 yet, Acer is the first manufacturers to drop the bombs on two of its latest budget notebooks that runs Windows 10, the new Aspire One Cloudbook comes in 11-inch and 14-inch flavors and will retail as cheap as $169 in the US.

Since these notebooks are that cheap, you are not going to expect the product to come with ample amount of storage as its name has already suggested for cloud use. The Aspire One Cloudbooks will be powered by an Intel Celeron processor with 2GB of RAM, the 11-inch model will be available in 16GB and 32GB models, while the 14-inch model has a base storage of 32GB up to 64GB. As you might have guessed, a one year free Office 365 Personal subscription will be included as part of the package with a 1TB OneDrive storage, just to keep your mouth shut on that paltry amount of storage.

While the new Aspire One Cloudbooks are literally having the same hardware as the company’s Chromebooks, you are at least not limited in usability with Windows 10 and you could probably try squeezing its performance to play some legacy games on it, battery life shouldn’t be too bad since they are powered by very efficient hardware. The new Cloudbooks are expected to debut in the US this month and we should see its local arrival pretty soon given that our market has demand for these affordable notebooks.
