Xiaomi isn’t only making waves in the mobile industry. This time around, the Chinese manufacturer has made an announcement on its own forum regarding its new TV, known as the Mi TV 3S, sporting attractive design aesthetics at a low price for what they’re offering.
The Mi TV 3S happens to be Xiaomi’s first curved TV. It features a massive 65-inch curved display by Samsung at 4K resolution. Housed by a metal body, the Mi TV 3S is only 5.9mm thin. In addition to that, the TV comes with a Mi TV Bar, packed with an independent 6-piece sound system, alongside Dolby and dts audio dual decoding.
Coming from Xiaomi, the Mi TV 3S is definitely powered by Android with MIUI on top. Under the hood is an Mstar 6A928 TV processor with 2GB of RAM and 8GB of storage. The TV also comes in a 43-inch display form factor, but with full HD resolution instead of the glorious 4K. The 65-inch model is offered at RMB 8,999 (RM5547.96), a pretty attractive price point for what you’ll be getting. Bear in mind that the price includes the Mi TV Bar.
