The Apple Watch received a lot of criticism on its launch date and its price tag ranges up to a crazy $10,000 price tag, even though Apple has claimed that they have made the most beautiful gadget on your wrist, CNN’s interview has revealed a number of negative perception towards the overpriced watch despite being high tech and trendy. In fact, I do have to agree that Apple has certainly not understood the meaning of paying for an expensive time piece, mechanical watches do require a certain amount of time to be perfected and uses materials and processes that no simple mass production machine could’ve achieved, people buy expensive time pieces for memories and there’s always a meaning to it.
Here’s a few pictures showing every owner’s nostalgia over their own time piece and why the $10,000 Apple Watch will never be able to replace them or make them buy it, expensive mechanical watches do have a meaning at least for these owners, and this is what Apple need to learn before making a ridiculous time piece.
