Due to the successful achievement, U Mobile has decided to offer its current Postpaid and Prepaid customers 1GB of additional free data throughout December, which is the most generous initiative in the local telco history. While it is safe to say that U Mobile claims itself as a strong data player in the market for its generous data quota offering, the telco’s 4G LTE coverage is still very limited in rural areas and falls back to its domestic roaming partner Maxis when 3G coverage isn’t available.
