Looks like the VR bug has hit PlayStation as well, with the PlayStation VR being unveiled for the first time in Southeast Asia at GameStart Asia held from 13-15 November 2015. Sony Computer Entertainment Hong Kong Limited Singapore Branch (SCES) will be dedicating 6 PlayStationVR machines to an entire level of booth space at its double-storey booth.
Some games that have yet to be released on PlayStation will be showcased at the booth in GameStart which includes Star Wars Battlefront, Street Fighter V, as well as newly launched games like Call of Duty: Black Ops III where you can challenge the Shadows of Evil.
On top of these three anticipated games, you can also try out up to 30 of the latest game titles showcased on 50 gaming stations, including PlayStation 4 blockbuster titles such as Fallout 4 and Gravity Rush Remastered to name a few, as well as home-grown indie titles Masquerada and Rocketbirds 2.
For those who have pre-registered online to experience the PlayStation VR, can try out titles such as Playroom VR, The Deep, Kitchen, The London Heist Getaway, Summer Lesson and SEGA feat. HATSUNE MIKU Project: VR Tech DEMO.
You can also get exciting gifts and promotions at the booth. The first 50 visitors who purchase a PS4 console will receive a lucky bag which includes a Sony MDR-EX110AP headphones (worth SGD 49) or Sony MDR-XB450 headphones (worth SGD 89), a PlayStation duffel bag, a PlayStation gadget pouch and a PlayStation Fish Eye lens) daily.
Out of these first 50 visitors, the first 30 visitors will also be entitled to a lucky draw where they will stand a chance to win a either a 40-inch Sony BRAVIA TV (worth $699.00), a 32-inch Sony BRAVIA TV (worth $459.00) or a Mobile Projector (worth $549.00).
