As many of you would know by now, the Oculus Rift is available for preorder. However, if you’re holding back on getting the VR headset because you don’t have a powerful enough PC to use it optimally, then Oculus has an offer that might spark your interest.

Beginning on Tuesday at 8AM PST (Wednesday midnight local time), Oculus will be launching preorders for Oculus Ready PC and Rift bundles on Best Buy, Amazon and the Microsoft Store. Starting at USD 1,499, these bundles will include a PC that is capable of powering the Rift and a Rift headset as well. Those who have already preordered their headsets and would like to purchase a PC as well can also take advantage of this offer as Oculus will be providing them with a special offer price.

The PCs that will be available for this Oculus Bundle include machines made by ASUS, Alienware and Dell, some of which can be further customised depending on your budget.

If this bundle sounds attractive to you, do note that this offer is only available in limited quantities and it will only be shipped to selected countries and regions. In short, Oculus may not offer this bundle to Malaysians.
