#ForTheBrave is the hashtag of the day for Huawei Honor Malaysia’s 1st Anniversary Celebration which took place at Symphony Lake Suite, KLCC on 28 April 2015. And what better way to throw a party than to release not one but two hero phones exclusively for the budget-conscious-power consumer – the Honor 4C & Honor 6 Plus

According to Abraham Liu, CEO of Huawei Technologies Malaysia, “the Honor brand was created with a ‘By the consumer, for the consumer’ mindset and up till today, the brand still stays true to its core by empowering users worldwide to unleash the maximum potential within themselves fearlessly.”

#1 Honor 4C

The first new hero device in the Honor family is the up and coming rising little brother – meet the Honor 4C. This little rocker is meant for the budget-conscious consumer but has no intention of settling for any less as well.

Equipped with a 64-bit Octa-Core 1.2GHz CPU, booted with Huawei EMUI on top of an Android 4.4+ OS, measuring in with a 5-inch HD LCD, embedded with a 13MP rear camera & 5MP front camera powered by a 2,550 mAh juice pack accompanied by 2GB RAM+8GB ROM+32GB Memory expansion and to top it all off, this little rocker is retailing for only RM529!

It definitely does not get any better than this. Competition is superbly stiff with the Honor 4C entering the market and brands such as Xiaomi better hold on to their seats as Huawei will definitely rock their socks this time around.

#2 Honor 6 Plus

And the hero device that we’ve been waiting for – the Honor 6 Plus. At first glance, you’ll be greeted with a gorgeous 5.5-inch FullHD LCD Corning Gorilla Glass 3 screen with a 78.2% screen-to-body ratio on the front panel of the device.

However, its true power lies in what is unseen. Under the hood, the Honor 6 Plus boasts of a. Octa-Core 1.8GHz Kirin 925 CPU and is Cat6 LTE-enabled. A notable feature is of course its dual 8MP unique bionic parallel eagle eye rear camera with a max resolution of 13MP – which Huawei claims is the first in the world.

With 3GB of RAM not being something farfetched in today’s flagships, the Honor 6 Plus is definitely no exception but not only that, it also manages to house 32GB ROM+128GB Memory expansion – that’s what I call abundant storage space!
Not forgetting all that juice in that powerpack, 3,600 mAh to be exact, you’ll be certain that you won’t run out of juice so abruptly throughout the day. With its SmartPower 2.5 Technology, ultra-low internal resistance; it definitely spells out a lower overall power consumption. And being priced at RM1,399 for a flagship device, it is definitely worth every cent you have so painstakingly earned.
With that being said, do head on over to Huawei’s official e-commerce site right here when the clock strikes 3:08PM today to be one of the first to get your hands (or wallets) on the Honor 6 Plus and Honor 4C. Definitely a beauty!
