After a week’s worth of teasing, Huawei has finally pull back the curtains on the long awaited Nexus 6P.
Coming with a full metal unibody, the Nexus 6P comes with the Qualcomm Snapdragon 810 and 3GB of RAM. The screen on the Nexus 6P is a 5.7” WQHD AMOLED display and it runs on the latest iteration of the Android OS, Android 6.0 Marshmallow.
A fingerprint sensor is located at the rear end of the Nexus 6P, just right below the camera that features the 1.55 micrometer pixel, allowing the camera to capture more light in the dimmest conditions.
The battery on the Nexus 6P has a size oh 3,450mAh and is paired with a USB Type-C port for fast charging purposes.
The Nexus 6P will retail for RM 2,698. Should you purchase a Nexus 6P from either Lazada or Vmall.my, Huawei will offer a free Chromecast worth RM199 during the introductory period.
During the Nexus 6P, Huawei had a surprise in store. Said surprise is the Huawei Watch, which officially makes landfall in Malaysia as well.
This premium-looking timepiece measures 42mm in diameter and has a circular watch face that boasts a sparkling AMOLED display. Strap choices of the Huawei watch includes stainless steel links, black plated stainless steel links, and black leather, all of which are easily interchangeable with any watch strap with 18mm width lug interface.
For the fitness buffs among Malaysians, the Huawei Watch comes with a heart rate monitor sensor, 6-Axis motion sensor, and a barometer sensor that automatically detects and tracks in real time the user’s movement.
Under the hood of the Huawei Watch is a Qualcomm 1.2GHz processor, 512MB of RAM and includes 4GB of storage. The Huawei Watch will be compatible with any smartphone that runs Android 4.3 or higher as well as iOS, and will communicate with said smartphones via Bluetooth 4.1.
The Huawei Watch will be available for purchase via Vmall.my from 10th December 2015. For the Stainless Link Bracelet and Black Leather Strap versions of the Huawei Watch, it will retail for RM1,799. For the Black Stainless Steel Links variant, it has a price of RM1,999.
