Huawei has started to send out invites for its event at London on the 6th of next month. If it isn’t obvious enough, Huawei will be announcing a new product during the event. With ongoing rumors of the Huawei P9 set to be launched next month, it’s highly likely that it will be the announced handset on April 6.
On the invite is a #oo hashtag, which possibly indicates the rumored dual-camera setup on the P9, coupled with a tagline which reads “Change the Way You See the World”, further confirming that rumor. Just like the P8 which was announced last April, we are expecting the P9 to come in three variants, namely the P9, P9max and the P9. But do keep some doubt with that statement.
Last April, the Huawei P8 was launched with a 5.2 inch 1080p screen, a HiSilicon Kirin 935 processor with 3GB of RAM, a camera pair of 13MP and 8MP. Yesterday the Huawei Mate 8 was introduced to Malaysian shores, sporting the flagship HiSilicon Kirin 950 SoC, a whopping 4,000mAh battery with quick charging support.
