HP Malaysia unveils the value for money Pavilion x2 convertible laptop

HP Malaysia today announced the Pavilion x2 convertible laptop that is made for budget conscious productivity users who wants a great working device on the go. The HP Pavilion x2 is 10-inch Windows tablet powered by a familiar Intel Atom Z3745D processor that comes with great productivity performance and power save features thanks to its 22nm process, it also comes with 2GB RAM, 32GB eMMC storage and has I/O ports such as a USB 3.0 port, one Micro USB 2.0, HDMI 1.4a and 3.5mm headphone/microphone combo jack.

The HP Pavilion x2’s detachable soft cover comes with a 97% size island-style keyboard and touch pad, it attaches to the tabletwith its electrical pins and magnet and acts as a kickstand for the device making it look like a laptop. The great news here is, the soft cover will come by default in its retail packaging so you won’t need to buy one separately, though HP says that they will be introducing more designs of the soft cover in the near future. The combined weight of the cover and tablet is 928g, the Pavilion x2 comes with a 2-Cell 35Whr battery that promises up to 11:45 hours of battery life.
