EA has just refreshed its On The House game today, replacing Need For Speed Most Wanted with Medal of Honor: Pacific Assault.

First released in 2004, Medal of Honor: Pacific Assault was released at a time where World War II-based FPS were in its heydays and where Call of Duty just started off. As the name indicates, Pacific Assault takes place in the Pacific Theater of World War II, putting you in the shoes of a American soldier facing down the Imperial Japanese Army. Throughout the course of the game, players will go through historical scenarios such as the infamous bombing of Pearl Harbour, the island hopping campaign of the Solomon Islands and more.

As always, all you have to do to get a copy of Medal of Honor: Pacific Assault is to install EA’s Origin client. From there, click on the On-The-House banner and click on download to acquire the game. After that, the game is yours to keep. Do remember that the game will be rotated out eventually, so if you want to relive how shooters were made in the early 2000s, you might want to get the game ASAP.
