Corsair has just announced their new additions to their Corsair Hydro Series: The H100i GTX and H80i GT maintenance-free liquid CPU coolers. The system has a new design for the water blocks as well as new materials to provide more efficient cooling for your CPU while being extremely quiet compared to its competitors and air-flow systems. I’ve been using Corsair products for my cooling solution as well as my RAM and power supply solutions. I have to give personal testament to how efficient and quiet the water block system for the H100i of 2013 is: It is definitely maintenance as well as worry free and has kept my 2600K clocked at 4.8GHz at very reasonable temperatures for the past year. Corsair Link that comes with the Hydro Series integrates and links all the fans on the casing together to give better customization options such as fan speed, custom curves and even changing the color of the built in LED of the water block.

Corsair’s new additions to the series, the H100i GTX sports a standard 240mm radiator while the smaller H80i GT uses a 120mm double thick radiator. Both feature Corsair’s SP120L PWM fans that were designed specifically for static pressure on the radiator. The new water block has a striking new look with inserts that can be swapped out as well as sleeved tubing.
