Apple Arcade was out a few months back, but Apple is now offering a yearly subscription plan — in addition to its original monthly plan of RM19.90/month.
If you’ve already subscribed to Apple Arcade, then you’ll be able to see the yearly plan when you click on “Edit Subscription”. You can pick between the monthly plan that’ll cost you RM19.90/month or the annual plan that’ll cost you RM199.90/year.
Of course, if this is your first time, you’ll also get a month of free-trial before deciding which plan you’ll go for. But if you’re an Apple enthusiast and can see yourself playing multiple Apple Arcade games in the long run, then the annual plan is definitely a better choice.
Here’s how the math goes; if you choose to subscribe to Apple Arcade’s annual plan, you’ll be paying RM199.90, which is roughly RM16.66/month. That’s cheaper by RM3.24/month, which doesn’t seem much, but totals up to RM38.88 a year — that can get you three cups of The Alley’s Brown Sugar Deerioca Milk, almost six cups of Tealive’s Original Pearl Milk Tea, or maybe 10 packs of nasi lemak.
Anyways, we’re just letting you know that there’s an annual plan for Apple Arcade now and you should subscribe to that if you want to save a little bit of cash. Don’t forget, you get to share the Apple Arcade with up to six family members and you can play these games even when you’re offline.
