ADATA technology is one of the leading manufacturers of high-performance DRAM modules and NAND Flash product announced the Premier SP600NS34 M.2 2242 SATA 6 Gb/s SSD for Ultrabooks and desktop PCs. It offers slimmer, faster, and power-saving with multiple functions to enhance efficiencies, such as DEVSLP, BCH ECC Technology, and Intel Smart Response Technology.

Its measure of only 22 x 42 x 3.5mm and it is one of the smallest SSD form factors that available in the market. Without sacrificing performance despite the compact size of the SSD, it offers sequential read speed of SP600NS34 is up to 550 MB/s, and the maximum 4K random read/write performance is up to 75K/77K IOPS. Besides that, it also supports DEVSLP (Device Sleep) technology, helping to consume less power than traditional idle and prolonging the battery life at the same time.

In order to improve the efficiency of data transfer, the SSD now supports Intel Smart Response Technology, which automatically ascertains the most frequently used data and applications, increasing the data transfer rate. In addition, it’s equipped with a DDR3 DRAM Cache Buffer to improve the random read/write performance up to 2 times when compared to SSDs without a DRAM cache. The Premier SP600NS34 is awarded with excellent reliability and data protection because it is able to support BCH ECC (Error Correction Code) and it comes with a free software – SSD Toolbox that can help users quickly and conveniently configure, optimize, and monitor the overall health of their SSD.
