With the Lumia 950 and 950 XL out in the market, surely the release of Windows 10 Mobile is just right around the corner right? Well unfortunately, you’re going to have to wait a little while longer as Microsoft will not be releasing the Windows 10 update until 2016.

Originally scheduled to be released in December of 2015, Microsoft has confirmed that the upgrade would not be rolled out until early 2016. In the meantime, Microsoft has released another new build for Windows 10 Mobile users participating in the Insider Preview program. This build will be the last Windows 10 Mobile build for 2015 as Microsoft states that no new Insider builds would be released until January.

For the latest build of Windows 10 Mobile, 10586.36, Microsoft seems to have focused on fixing bugs in the software, with new features and design changes taking a backseat.

Mobile isn’t the only platform that has received a new Windows build. Build 10586.36 for Windows 10 desktop users, also known as Windows 10 Version 1511, will be rolling out to those who have applied the November update. A new Insider build for desktop, 11082, was also released recently.
