Everyone must know the brand Omate, as it features wearables which are very affordable, and that’s very apparent by the company’s lineup of smartwatches and other connected accessories. The Omate TrueSmart saw some pretty wide success over the years, only to be succeeded by the TrueSmart+, which released back into the company’s product portfolio.

The Omate Rise is a tough, circular, 3G-connected smartwatch running Android (not Android Wear). It offers a 1.3-inch touchscreen TFT display with 360×360 resolution, a strong sapphire coating on the display to protect from bumps and bruises, and supports interchangeable 22mm straps. Of course, the watch will run on Android 5.1 Lollipop with Omate’s OUI 4.0 on top, and can be paired with any Android 4.3+ devices or an iPhone running iOS 9.

This smartwatch is fitted with a dual-core 1.2GHz MediaTek MT2601 processor backed by 512MB of RAM. It also has 4GB of onboard storage, a 580mAh battery, and 1 ATM water-resistance. Plus, the watch is a 3G-connected wearable, so you can connect it to any GSM network of your choosing and it takes a microSIM card and supports 3G bands 2100 or 1900, as well as 2G band 850, 900, 1800, and 1900.

If you’re interested in the Omate Rise, you can purchase it over at Indiegogo starting from December 7, 2015.
