Windows Phone just can’t stop getting cheaper, as Microsoft Malaysia today announced the availability of its new entry levelLumia 430 smartphone that is the cheapest smartphone ever from the company and will truly benefit users with the company’s own value added services and fluid software experience.
The Lumia 430 is powered by a Snapdragon 200 1.2GHz dual-core processor mated to 1GB of RAM, it has 8GB of internal storage expandable via MicroSD and Microsoft is throwing in a 30GB free OneDrive storage with the phone, the phone’s 2-megapixel fixed focus main camera and front facing VGA camera is one of the low cost factors and the display is a humble 4-inch WVGA (800×480) resolution panel, a 1500mAh removable battery powers the Lumia 430 and at the moment, it comes preloaded withWindows 8.1 Lumia Denim update and is eligible to update to Windows 10 when it gets released.
Available on May 8th with Orange and Black color options, the Lumia 430 will retail at an affordable RM319 including GST, which makes it even cheaper than some of its Android competition.
