Lexus Malaysia has officially launched the all-new Lexus LC 500 to the Malaysian market, a dedication from the company to create cars with exciting, emotional design and exhilarating performance. With the addition of this new model, the Lexus range offered is now totalling nine models and the LC models have already exceeded the annual sale gold of 600 units by three times.
The LC takes its place as the flagship model of the high-performance Lexus range. Inspired by the LF-LC concept car displayed in 2012 and is inspired and guided by Akio Toyoda, Toyota Motor Corporation’s President, who also personally tested prototypes before launching.
For the Malaysian market, the Lexus offers the LC 500 with a 5.0-liter V8 engine which can output 470ps and 540Nm of torque and is paired with a newly developed close-ratio Direct Shift 10-speed automatic transmission.
They have also included a range of advanced technology in their flagship model that includes active safety systems and driver aids to enjoy the full performance the car has to offer.
The LC 500 will be priced at RM940,000 and will come in 11 choices of exterior colours and 3 interior colour themes. It will also come with 5 years warranty with unlimited mileage and during the first 5 years or 100,000KM, servicing is provided free to owners.
