HTC revolutionized the smartphone universe by offering a device with a sleek and elegant design via the emergence of theHTC One (M7) just last year and continued its legacy with the HTC One (M8) this year. However, it has been rumored that HTC is already in the works to develop another breath-taking and revolutionary-designed smartphone next year with theHTC One (M9).
Although there has not been any official information regarding the HTC One M9, there are rumors circulating the net claiming that the M9 might sport a 7mm-thin aluminum body embedded with a 5.2” QHD Display and powered by a 2.7GHz quad-core Snapdragon 805 processor with 3GB of RAM. There is also a possibility that the M9 could be powered by the Octa-Core 64-bit Qualcomm Snapdragon 810 CPU and Adreno 430 GPU which claim to be 30% more impressive than the Adreno 420 found in the 805 chipset.
On the camera(s) aspect, speculations claim that the duo camera might be replaced by an 8MP UltraPixel sensor or a 13MP sensor instead. Either way, the M9 would run on HTC Sense 7 and Android 5.0 Lollipop. For storage space, 64GB and 128GB are plausible options along with a waterproof feature coupled with larger battery cap too. Consumers are expected to for the price of the M9 to be placed at the higher spectrum as after all, it would be a flagship phone by HTC.
