Have you ever picked up a brush to start painting and after hours of work you realised that your painting is not up to your standards? Now you can keep your tools away because Tinrocket has release Olli which is a new camera filter app that turns videos and pictures into hand-drawn artworks, although there are many apps out there that can mimic this effect but what this app can do is actually show you the preview of the image or video before taking it.
Olli also comes with other filters such as the Salt filter which turns pictures and videos into what looks like an animated comic. Olli works well with pictures that have obvious lines as the app focuses on lines to illustrate the hand drawn like feel, images such as faces might not come out well where else other everyday objects seem to look much more better and really look like it was drawn out.
The only issue with this app is that it comes with a price tag, unlike the other photo and video apps that are free with this similar filter, Tinrocket also sells filter packs on top of the seven filters that comes with the app. Olli is priced at $2.99 and is only available on iOS.
