HONOR has announced the HONOR 9A today, a new budget smartphone that comes with a 5,000mAh battery.
Internal specs
The HONOR 9A comes with a 6.3-inch FullView display and houses an 8MP camera on its dewdrop notch. It is powered by the MediaTek Helio P22 chipset and comes with 3GB RAM and 64GB storage, but can be expanded up to 512GB through a microSD card.Â
This HONOR device ships with Magic UI 3.1 on top of Android 10 and uses HUAWEI AppGallery. As mentioned above, it has a 5,000mAh battery that charges via microUSB. Equipped with triple camera setup, the HONOR phone has a 13MP main lens and is capable of taking wide-angle shots with its 5MP lens and portrait shots with its 2MP depth sensor.
HONOR 9A availability and price
The HONOR 9A is available at RM549 in two colours — Midnight Black and Phantom Blue. It can be preordered from June 26 to July 5 at any HONOR Experience Store and selected partner stores. However, those who want to get it earlier can purchase the phone online from HiHonor and also HONOR’s official Lazada and Shopee store from June 26, 12PM onwards.
