Underneath the hood, the Huawei Y7 Prime is powered by a Snapdragon 435 processor and 3GB of RAM. Storage comes in at 32GB, expandable up to another 128GB via the micro SD slot.

The camera department of the Huawei Y7 Prime features a 12MP rear shooter, sporting 1.25µm pixels. The selfie camera is of 8 megapixels, more than sufficient for standard selfie shots, equipped with an f/2.0 aperture. The phone packs a large 4,000mAh battery, which is claimed to offer up to a full day of use. It will run Android 7.0 Nougat with EMUI 5.1 out of the box.

The Huawei Y7 Prime will launch in Malaysia on July 7, with a price tag of RM999. The phone will be available in Gold and Black color options. What are your thoughts on the Huawei Y7 Prime’s battery size?
