Infinix has recently launched the Smart 8 Pro in Malaysia. Revealed last week, this entry-level smartphone boasts various features at a highly competitive price, making it an appealing choice for budget-conscious consumers.
Featuring a 6.6-inch 720p LCD screen with a 90Hz refresh rate and a maximum brightness of 500 nits, the Smart 8 Pro introduces the “Magic Ring” – a unique adaptation of Apple’s Dynamic Island, providing interactive notifications for calls and charging status.
The phone is powered by a MediaTek Helio G36 chipset, combined with 4GB of RAM and 128GB of onboard storage, expandable via a microSD card slot.
For photography, the Smart 8 Pro is equipped with a 50MP main rear camera, complemented by an “AI lens” and a ring flash, and an 8MP front camera in a punch-hole display. A 5,000mAh battery with 10W charging capabilities fuels the device.
Priced at RM399, the Smart 8 Pro is available in four color variations. It can be purchased from Infinix’s online stores on Shopee, Lazada, and TikTok Shop, as well as from authorized retailers. The brand is currently offering free shipping until 29 February 2024.
