The Xiaomi Mi 11 may be the first to use the Snapdragon 888 chip, but realme is also launching its first phone with the same chip soon in a new series called the realme Koi.
realme created a new account for its Koi series
The realme Koi is confirmed recently with the registration of its official account in Weibo. The account uploaded a poster with two koi fish and the copy “Dare to Leap”. Today, another Weibo user posted the outlook of the phone and said that it will be an online-exclusive, though the company plans to sell the same model offline as the realme V15.
The phone looks just like its name
Based on the images leaked, the realme Koi resembles the Koi fish. It’s a mixture of colours — blue, red, orange, yellow and pink. It comes with a triple rear camera setup and reports have suggested that the phone will be using a 64MP main camera. In addition to that, the Koi is supposedly going to feature realme’s new 125W UltraDART fast charging and come with a 4,000mAh battery.
The realme Koi is likely to launch in 2021, but we still don’t know if it’s coming to Malaysia.
