The wait for Sombra is over as Blizzard has finally released a new patch that finally makes the character playable in the standard servers.

As reported earlier, Sombra will be an offense-class character who specializes in hacking and other disruptive skills to mess with other players. If you’re looking for a Spy-like character for Overwatch, Sombra is the closest you can get to it.

Besides the new character, Blizzard has also introduced a new Arcade mode that rotates maps modes and rules. This mode is a good break for those who are tired of either Quick Play or Competitive modes. A new Arena map called Ecopoint: Antartica has also been introduced to the map rotation. Finally, Blizzard has also slightly reduced the experience required to level up between levels 14 to 100, allowing players to level up and gain loot boxes quicker than before.

If you’re an Overwatch player, you’ll be pleased to know that the patch is now live across all platforms. If you’re not an Overwatch player, do remember that there will be a free play period this weekend.
