If you didn’t know, Motorola was the very first to launch a smartphone in China featuring Qualcomm’s Snapdragon 8 Gen 1 SoC, namely the Moto Edge X30. However, we can rejoice now as we’ll probably be seeing the phone in international markets soon with small changes to its design and specs.

No worries, it’s just suuuper minor changes

For starters, it’s rumoured to launch under the name Moto Edge 30 Pro (picture credits to MySmartPrice) instead of Moto Edge X30. Furthermore, the side-mounted fingerprint sensor will also be switched out for an in-display finger sensor and the Motorola logo has been moved to the bottom left corner of the phone.

The rest of the specs should be the same

The Moto Edge 30 Pro will sport a 6.7-inch FHD+ OLED display with support for a 144Hz refresh rate, HDR10+, and 10-bit colour. Under the hood, we have the Snapdragon 8 Gen 1, paired with 8/12GB of RAM and 128/256GB of internal storage.
