A new leak comes from VentureBeat on the detailed specs and more exact release date of the new Moto X4 smartphone. The device will release towards the end of the year and probably in time for Black Friday and is the first non-Google branded handset capable of operating Google’s pay-as-you-go Fi MVNO service.

The phone is built with an aluminium frame and will come equipped with the Snapdragon 630 running at 2.2GHz, 5.2-inch full HD screen, 4GB of RAM and 64GB storage expandable via a microSD card. The battery is a decent 3,000mAh and the device is IP68 certified. On the back, there are two cameras, an 8MP and 12MP, on the front is a more powerful 16MP camera. Lastly, the fingerprint sensor will be on the front and can recognise gestures.

In other news, Motorola will be launching their Moto Z2 Play in Malaysia today, so stay tuned to that as we will be there during the launch to bring you the latest news on phone!
