Huawei will be releasing the top-spec Huawei P40 Pro Plus this June 26 – finally completing the line-up after its initial announcement back in March.
What’s different?
The phone improves on the P40 Pro, which is already a beastly phone, with an extra two telephoto lenses – a 10MP shooter capable of 10x optical zoom and another 8MP lens that does 3x optical zoom. The phone is capable of up to 100x digital magnification.
The P40 Pro Plus can also support up to 512GB of internal storage as well as faster wireless charging at 40W.
Other specs
Elsewhere, the specs remain unchanged – you still get the gorgeous 6.58-inch Quad Curve OLED panel that pushes a resolution of 2640x1200p and a refresh rate of 90Hz.
Alongside the aforementioned camera lenses, the P40 Pro Plus also packs a 50MP wide shooter, a 40MP ultrawide angle lens, and a 3D depth sensor.
Under the hood, you can also expect a powerful Kirin 990 5G chip alongside 8GB RAM and up to 512GB internal storage. The phone is powered by a 4,200mAh battery with support for 40W of wired fast charging and 27W reverse wireless charging.
