OnePlus will once again release a limited edition of their flagship smartphone. Last year the company teamed up with Colette, a high fashion retailer from France to release the OnePlus 3T colette Black edition. Only 250 units were sold, but the demand for Black OnePlus 3T’s were overwhelming, leading to the unveiling of another limited edition Midnight Black OnePlus 3T. OnePlus has collaborated with a renowned fashion designer for the OnePlus 5 which will be released soon.
The device is known as the OnePlus 5 JCC Limited Edition, which is a collaboration with the works of Jean-Charles de Castelbajac, a popular fashion designer. The limited edition OnePlus 5 will be sold alongside other accessories and apparel such as tote bags, caps and T-shirts which all feature Castelbajac’s signature design style.
As seen in the image above, the OnePlus 5 JCC Limited Edition features writing on the back panel on the device. The exclusive handset brings up a few colors as well – a blue power button, a red volume rocker and a yellow alert sliders to give it that artsy touch.
The OnePlus 5 JCC Limited Edition will only be available for sale in Europe for a price tag of 559 Euros (RM 2,811.76), only in the 8GB RAM/128GB storage variant. What do you think of the OnePlus 5 with an artistic touch?
