Amazfit has officially introduced its new Hybrid Training ecosystem in Malaysia alongside the launch of the Amazfit Balance 3 smartwatch, bringing a comprehensive fitness platform designed to help athletes and fitness enthusiasts train smarter, recover better and achieve long-term performance improvements. The ecosystem is powered by the new Amazfit Balance 3 and flagship Amazfit Balance Ultra, combining intelligent training guidance, official HYROX integration and advanced health tracking into a single connected experience.

Designed for the growing number of Malaysians embracing hybrid fitness, the Hybrid Training ecosystem connects the Amazfit Balance series with the Zepp App to provide a more complete understanding of how workouts, recovery, sleep, stress and daily activities affect overall performance. By turning health and fitness data into actionable insights, users can make more informed training decisions while maintaining a healthier balance between exercise and recovery.

The ecosystem was unveiled at The Backyard Training in Petaling Jaya, one of Malaysia’s leading HYROX training facilities, where athletes and fitness enthusiasts experienced a series of HYROX-inspired workout challenges while testing the new smartwatches. The launch also marked the announcement of the upcoming Amazfit MY Community Club HYROX Workshops, further strengthening the brand’s commitment to supporting Malaysia’s growing HYROX community.

Built for Hybrid Athletes

At the centre of the new ecosystem are the Amazfit Balance 3 and Amazfit Balance Ultra. While both smartwatches are designed to support strength training, endurance sports and recovery, they target slightly different users.

The Amazfit Balance Ultra serves as the flagship model, featuring a premium Grade 5 titanium construction that combines durability with a refined design suitable for both training sessions and everyday wear.

Meanwhile, the Amazfit Balance 3 is aimed at users seeking a versatile smartwatch that transitions effortlessly between gym workouts, running, daily activities and recovery, with both stainless steel and titanium variants available.

One of the biggest additions is HybridCharge Energy Intelligence, which combines BioCharge, LifeLoad and Training Load into a unified performance dashboard. This allows users to better understand their physical readiness, helping them optimise workout intensity while avoiding overtraining.

The Balance series also introduces Weekly Focus and Training Balance, enabling users to monitor whether their workouts are properly distributed across strength, endurance and recovery. Structured Hybrid Training Plans further help users build sustainable long-term fitness progress.

Official HYROX Training Features

As the official wearable partner of HYROX, Amazfit has equipped both smartwatches with dedicated training tools specifically designed for the fast-growing fitness competition.

Users can access HYROX Virtual Pace guidance, race-specific training plans and race simulation workouts to prepare more effectively for competitions. Following each workout or race, the watches also provide detailed performance analysis, including pacing, station performance and cumulative race timing, allowing athletes to identify areas for improvement.

Comprehensive Health and Smart Features

Both the Amazfit Balance 3 and Balance Ultra are equipped with a 1.5-inch AMOLED display protected by sapphire glass and capable of reaching up to 3,000 nits of brightness for excellent outdoor visibility.

The watches feature dual-band GPS with six-satellite positioning and offline map support for accurate outdoor navigation. They also include automatic recognition for 25 strength training exercises, making gym tracking more seamless.

Beyond fitness, the Balance series delivers comprehensive health monitoring, including heart rate, heart rate variability (HRV), blood oxygen saturation, sleep quality, stress levels and breathing rate tracking. Smart features such as Bluetooth calling, Zepp Flow voice control, onboard storage and voice notes further enhance the overall user experience.

Battery life is another highlight, with the Amazfit Balance 3 offering up to 21 days of usage, while the Balance Ultra extends that to an impressive 30 days on a single charge.
