As we are about to approach the next annual update to Samsung’s foldable lineup, the company has sent a news release teasing about the Galaxy Ultra.
The Ultra branding has an utmost importance in Samsung’s smartphone history, starting with the very first Galaxy S20 Ultra that boasts a big 6.9-inch display and a 108MP camera that can do 100x Space Zoom, the Galaxy S22 Ultra carries on the Ultra experience with a built-in S Pen that ended the Note series, and now, the company is about to take that Ultra experience to the next chapter on foldables.
In a short 12-second video, the Galaxy Ultra foldable is shown to have a super slim body, big cover and internal displays, while Samsung says that it will have industry-leading hardware, cutting-edge performance and seamless AI integration optimized for the foldable format, we can even expect more Galaxy AI features that’s tailored for the foldable form factor.
Will the next Samsung book-style foldable be called the Z Fold7 Ultra? Galaxy Ultra? We will know about it soon, as Samsung is definitely not sitting on its laurels letting the Chinese competition dethrone its place in the foldable segment.
