If you’re a Samsung customer that has been affected by the floods happening in Malaysia, Samsung is offering help in the form of one-time free cleaning and inspections along with free labour costs to repair your affected Samsung products.
You’re valid for the Flood Relief Programme only if:
- You’re a Samsung customer located at areas affected by the flood.
- Your Samsung product has been water damaged due to the flood (not from accidental physical damage such as cracked screens).
Do take note that the spare part costs are not included in the free labour costs and repairs are subject to availability of the spare parts.
