Samsung Galaxy Unpacked event happening this January 14

The annual Samsung Galaxy Unpacked event will be happening this January 14, confirms the Korean tech giants.

The live stream will go live at 11pm on that day and we’ll be getting a proper look at the Galaxy S21 series. Samsung teases the phone’s unique camera bump, placed behind a foggy acrylic box that hides some detail – but you can definitely tell it’s the S21’s camera bump, especially since we’ve seen the same design from previous leaks of the phone.

The Galaxy S21 will likely be the new Exynos 1080 chipset for local models, and probably the Snapdragon 888 in the US. All variants across the board should come with a 120Hz WQHD display, while the top-spec model should arrive with a 108MP main lens.

Samsung has also announced, in conjunction with the event, a deal that gets customers who pre-order the new Galaxy device a Galaxy Fit2 (RM179).

You can catch the Galaxy Unpacked livestream this January 14 via their official website here.
