The Redmi Buds 3 Pro have been launched and it’s priced at an affordable RM239, while offering a wide array of features.
The earbuds are oval-shaped and use silicone ear tips – they come in a clam-shell charging case not unlike the Apple Air Pods 2.
One of its key features is its “deep” noise-cancellation tech that the brand claims can block out up to 35dB of external noise. Through AI algorithms, the earbuds adapt to different environments, and applies the necessary amount of noise cancellation accordingly.
For calls, the earbuds come equipped with three microphones that also aid in noise cancellation so you can be heard more clearly over the line. On top of that, these mics also allow for what Redmi calls ‘Dual’ transparency mode – this feature can either allow you to hear ambient sound around you, or enhance voices when you’re in a conversation.
In terms of battery life, Redmi boasts a 6-hour usage time with noise cancellation off, and up to 28 ours of overall battery life with the charging case. The Buds 3 Pro also supports wireless charging, which can give users three hours of listening time with a short 10-minute charge.
Other neat features offered by the earbuds include in-ear detection, IPX4 water resistance rating, and touch controls for music playback.
The Redmi Buds 3 Pro is available in Graphite Black and Glacier Grey – you can make your purchase via Redmi’s Lazada and Shopee pages.
