REDMAGIC has officially made its presence in Malaysia with the launch of the REDMAGIC 7S Pro gaming smartphone, if you aren’t familiar, REDMAGIC is a sub brand of Nubia smartphones, a smartphone company that became independent from ZTE back in 2015.

The REDMAGIC 7S Pro is clearly targeted at the ROG Phone 6, as it employs the very same Snapdragon 8+ Gen 1 processor for its performance and comes in two storage configurations of 12GB RAM+256GB Storage and 18GB RAM+512GB Storage in Malaysia, this is also the first gaming phone to feature a built-in fan that rotates at 20,000RPM to quickly dissipate heat from the chipset, while it has a dedicated Red Core 1 chip that takes load off the Snapdragon chipset to handle audio and haptic feedback.

On top of that, the REDMAGIC 7S Pro features a highly responsive 520Hz shoulder triggers, a 6.8-inch AMOLED display that refreshes at 120Hz and sports a brightness of 600 nits, a triple camera array that includes a 64MP wide, 8MP ultrawide and 2MP macro lens, a front 16MP camera, a 3.5mm audio jack that supports 32-bit/384KHz Hi-Res audio, and a 5000mAh battery that supports 65W fast charging.

The REDMAGIC 7S Pro will begin selling in Malaysia starting on 29 October onwards, the 12GB+256GB model retails at RM3,999 while the 18GB+512GB model retails at RM4,999. the base storage model will only be available in Obsidian color and the higher storage model gets two color options of Supernova and Mercury.

Customers who purchase the phone during 29 October-13 November 2022 will receive free gifts worth RM489, which includes a heyplus 1S band and 1-year extended warranty, it can be purchased at REDMAGIC’s official store at Lazada and Shopee, exclusive retailers such as DirectD, Mobile2Go, 7Mobile, Asia Mobile Supplies.
