Pokemon Go is still going strong, with a big following overseas and even in Malaysia. Players are still going at it, spinning PokeStops, raiding gyms and catching all the pokemon in the pursuit of being the very best. In a recent statement by Niantic, the developers of the game, it stated that Mew will be available in the game.
Mew, as most of you know is quite a challenge to catch, back in the days of Gameboy, the only way to get Mew in your collection is by going to special Pokemon events and getting Nintendo to upload Mew into your game. However, in Pokemon Go, the process seems to be easier as you would need to go on a quest which will get you your very own Mew. Niantic is still being vague on the details of the quest, they mentioned that there are two new quests that will get you a Legendary Pokemon, by collecting stamps and achieving the research breakthrough achievement which might let you encounter a Mew.
Some of the tasks will require you to spin PokeStops, discovering certain Pokemon or getting into battles. Some objectives will also be provided by Professor Willow, the first in-game character that you meet. For those of you that are still playing, make sure to keep an eye out for announcements in the game, and for those of you that want to get into the world of Pokemon Go, the app can be downloaded for free on iOS and Android.
