Earlier this month, a report published by XDA-developers revealed that Motorola’s upcoming One Vision Android One smartphone will run on Samsung’s 10nm Exynos 9610 chipset under the hood. The first press render of the upcoming smartphone has now surfaced online, confirming a few details.
As you can see in the press render above, the Motorola One Vision will have a punch-hole in the display to house the selfie camera. Thanks to the punch-hole, the Motorola One Vision will have an improved screen-to-body ratio compared to Motorola’s 2018 Android One smartphones. That said, the chin at the bottom is not as thin as we would have liked.
On the back of the handset, we see a dual-camera setup with the two sensors stacked vertically. The text next to the dual cameras confirms that the primary sensor will indeed be a 48-megapixel unit. Even though the primary snapper will be marketed as a 48MP unit, it will utilize QCFA (Quad Color Filter Array) to capture 12MP photos by default.
The smartphone is tipped to feature a 6.2-inch display with an ultra-tall 21:9 aspect ratio. As mentioned earlier, it will be powered by an Exynos 9610, the same chipset that powers Samsung’s new Galaxy A50. In terms of memory, the upcoming Android One smartphone is said to be available with up to 4GB of RAM and 128GB of internal storage. The Motorola One Vision was certified by the Wi-Fi Alliance recently, so there is a good chance that it could be unveiled sometime in the second quarter of the year.
