Lenovo adds to IdeaPad line-up along with new IdeaCentre AIO PC

If you’re looking for bang-for-your-buck productivity laptops, Lenovo has added to their line-up of trusty IdeaPad laptops that boast a balance of power and portability – all pre-installed with Microsoft Office Home or Student 2019 Suite.

First up is the 14-inch C340 model which features a touch-screen FHD IPS display. The monitor hinge can be positioned in a tent position allowing you to pro the laptop up for presentations.

Under the hood is an 8^th-Gen Intel Core i5-8265U, Nvidia GeForce MX250 for dedicated graphics, up to 16GB of DDR4 RAM, and a 256GB PCIe SSD for storage. The laptop weighs just 1.56kg and features a fingerprint reader and comes with Active Pen for touch navigation. The IdeaPad C340 is available at RM2,799.

Next, the IdeaPad S540 is offered in two variants – a 14-inch variant and a 15-inch model. Expect an 8^th-gen Intel Core i5 CPU, an Nvidia GeForce MX250, up to 12GB RAM and a 512GB PCIe SSD. It’s also equipped with Dolby Atmos tuned speakers, while Lenovo says that battery life lasts up to 12 hours. You can get the S540 from RM3,499.

If you’re after something more affordable, the IdeaPad S340 is your pick. It has an 8th-Gen Intel Core i7 CPU, 4GB RAM, 1TB HDD and an Nvidia GeForce MX250 GPU. The display can be pushed flat. The S340 is priced from RM2,599.

The IdeaPad L340 is a 15-inch laptop and is the only model offering a 9th-Gen Intel Core CPU, and it comes in the form of the 9300H. It also comes with an Nvidia GeForce GTX 1050 or GTX 1650 GPU, which means you’re able to game on this machine. This is not to be confused with the Lenovo L340 Gaming however, which is a gaming laptop (if that wasn’t obvious).
