Gamuda Cove Discovery Park is set to open in 2019 as the next tourism hub

In an MoU signing ceremony today, Gamuda Land has unveiled its partners for its gaming changing tourism and entertainment hub in its Gamuda Cove project, it is located strategically in the Southern corridor with close proximity to Cyberjaya and KLIA.

Discovery Park is set to be the next tourism and entertainment hub in Southern Klang Valley that comprises 372-acre of space dedicated to shopping, dining, leisure and outdoor recreational activities, it has three main recreational zones, namely The Adventure Park, Hangout Village and Sports Park.

As suggested by the name, The Adventure Park lets visitors enjoy the lush greeneryy of the adjacent Paya Indah Wetlands and Kuala Langat forest reserves, activities include Malaysia’s first tethered hot air balloon operated by AKA Balloon, Go Kart by Blastacars Drift Karts, Mountain Biking or ATV through the woods, and outdoor glamping with Caravan Serai.

Hangout Village offers a variety of F&B and leisure places, one of the things visitors can do is to visit the revolutionary “food-tainment” with South East Asia’s first Aerobar where fifteen passengers can enjoy their drinks in a 35-meter high flying bar in the sky.

Art lovers and food enthusiasts can explore The Hive at Hangout Village, a creative market that is curated by Invade, who is responsible for the Artbox exhibition this year, other attractions in the pipeline include a diving beach pool club, a chocolate factory and thematic retail shops.

The Sports Park houses international standard sports facilities and wellness centres, Gamuda has teased a Olympic length swimming pool, badminton and football academy as well as golf driving range.

If you want to be more adventurous, there’s also experiential cycling and walking trails namely the Forest Trail, Wetland Trail and Family Trail to enjoy the stunning views of the Discovery Park and the surrounding nature.
