As far as we know in our local market, entry level Windows 8.1 tablets are still having this offer and you should probably grab the opportunity to buy one if you need a portable working device.
Office 365 Personal is a pretty decent service from Microsoft, first of all you get to enjoy the full suite of Microsoft Office applications on your PC and one mobile device, 1TB of OneDrive storage that is technically impossible to fill it up and get free updates from the company.
