Malaysians love to watch movies, don’t believe it? Just head on down to any nearby cinema and you’ll see fellow Malaysians queuing up to buy movie tickets to watch the movie of their choice. The queue’s could sometimes be crazy long but thank God for ticketing machines. But as the years goes on, technology has been improved over time and now most people would purchase movie tickets online for convenience.
One thing’s for sure, whether you purchase your movie tickets online or offline, it’s not cheap. Boost has picked up on that, and would love to help out movie goers to save some cost on buying movie tickets by offering 50% cashback when you make your purchase of movie tickets or movie tickets plus popcorn combo through WeTix in the Boost app.
In order to get the 50% cashback, the cashback is capped at RM20 per transaction and it is two transactions per user, in terms of first come first serve basis. The cashback will be credited within one working day, and discounts will only be applicable for the first two transaction.
