Apple also doubled the memory capacity for its iMac to 128GB and upgraded the AMD graphics. Now, the iMac uses the Radeon Pro 5000 series graphics and offers up to 55% faster performance graphics-wise. There’s also an 8TB SSD option and the Apple T2 Security Chip which provides stronger data encryption.

The Retina display is also better now; there’s a new nano-texture glass that improves the viewing experience and reduces reflection and glare on the 5K display. To top it off, the FaceTime HD camera supports 1080p resolution and the T2 Security Chip enhances the camera experience with tone mapping, exposure control and face detection.
